Question 1: How long does this course take to complete?
Answer: You can take as long as you like to complete this course. We have students who have completed module 1 and the assessment in 30 minutes.

Question 2: How long does it take to complete the assessment?
Answer: The only time limit is on the assessment itself. There is a clock on each assessment. This has been set at 15 minutes for 20 questions.

Question 3: What content is in the Level 2 certificate?
Answer: There are eight modules:
The first module contains 1 section: Background knowledge
The next seven modules contain 2 sections each
Module 2: Workplace Safety
Module 3: Health and presentation
Module 4: Inwards Goods
Module 5: Handling and storage
Module 6: Movement and storage
Module 7: Picking and Packing
Module 8: Dispatch Areas
Each module contains 2 sections and the assessment for that module.

Question 4: How do I know if I have passed the assessments?
Answer: You have immediate feedback as to whether you answer is correct or not. This information is also on your assessment consul beside the clock.

Question 5: What is the pass mark for each assessment?
Answer: It is FREE to retake the assessment as many times as you like or until you gain the 80% required to pass assessment.

Question 6: What happens when I have successfully completed all 8 assessments?
Answer: Your information is sent to our moderator who will check the content and, if all correct, issue instructions for the forwarding by post of your certificate of proficiency. This will be sent to the address used when you first registered.

Question 7: What if I have moved since registering?
Answer: Inform us by email of any changes in your address and we will contact you for verification.

Question 8: How much does it cost?
Answer: Each module in the level 2 Certificate is priced at US$30.00 including the assessment.

The total price for the level 2 Certificate (eight modules and the assessments) is US$210.00.

Question 9: How do I know how much that is in my currency?
Answer: We have included a currency converter for all major currencies.

Question 10: Can I get a refund if I fail to pass my assessments?
Answer:While no refunds will be given after you have started the module. There, of course are credits available in the event of server problems caused at our end. Contact us with any problems.

Question 11: How do I pay?
Answer: You can pay per module or for the whole certificate through PayPal using either a Visa or MasterCard

Question: Why would you choose to train with us?
Answer: Many employers have advised us that externally provided training was proving to be particularly expensive. If the minimum numbers failed to turn up at a pre-booked training seminar they were still responsible for the total costs. Currently we have employers who reimburse their staff based on successful module completion. In some instances, pay increases have been negotiated after employees have completed and received their certificate.

Question: What is the content of the certificate of proficiency in storekeeping @ Level 2 ?
Answer: Students can learn a complete package of subjects in all aspects of distribution, and gain an approved qualification. Other online courses offer single modules, such as health and safety, and often without assessment of how well a student understands the information.

Question: When do I find out if I have passed? Answer: Our courses provide immediate feedback with your results.
